Moab has some incredible choices when it comes to breakfast. It’s one of the only towns that will get me out of camp that early for food!
Love Muffin Cafe: A local’s favorite for breakfast and lunch. The line can be long so be prepared for that with the kiddos. Fresh organic goodness to fuel your ride. They house roast their coffee and pour your latte with a beautiful design in the creamy foam! I also love the burritos.
Eklecticafe: The food here is fresh and delicious. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. While it’s a charming coffee shop that doesn’t appear ‘kid-friendly’ my son always begs to go here for the fish in the koi pond. It’s our favorite place to go when we want to eat outside. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. Ask for servers for fish food and your little one will be entertained while you enjoy your cup of Java.

Red Rock Bakery & Net Cafe: While other places may also have Wi-Fi, this cafe has plugs if you need to recharge your computer while sipping a great latte. They home bake a small selection of bakery and breakfast items so the kids will be happy. You can also order a sandwich to go for your daily adventures. The owner and staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is enjoyable with kids. They offer free Wi-Fi and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Located in the central point of town in McStiff’s plaza.
