Ever since we returned from the USA Pro Cycling Challenge we have been in a frenzied rush to get ready for our next adventure. This one has been in the works for awhile and we are finally taking the plunge. We rented out our home to become nomads for awhile. Actually, I guess you can call us digital nomads since I will be working full time during this adventure. Of course we are also taking our bikes and will hitting up the best singletrack and road rides this world has to offer.
Our heads are still spinning trying to pull this all together in addition to closing a business(the bike shop), homeschooling, working and raising a toddler but we are taking the leap. Our family works really well when we are discovering, interacting with and exploring new places. We know it’s not going to be easy but think it’s worth the effort and risk.

First we are headed off this week to visit family and the famous Kingdom Trails in Vermont. I’m excited to rip these trails while in prime leaf changing season. After that we are picking up our pop-up camper and heading south and west. Fruita, Moab, Sedona, San Diego and Tucson are on the list. When it starts to get to “cold” we are headed to Sayulita Mexico where I hear there is some amazing jungle singletrack to explore.
Special thanks to the Wireless Generation and all those digital families I have met online that have done this before. Having so many resources and knowing this is being done by families successfully makes it a much easier transition.
Let me know what you want to read about and I’ll incorporate it in!
